Alright, if anyone reads this, please do not fly Air Tran Airlines. It has been the single worst experiance i have had to date.

We got to the airport and everything was fine, they even loaded us. Only to find out there was a mechanical issue with the plane. So we sat there, watching two other planes bound for Orlando take off before they finally let us off the stupid plane. Not giving us any chance to try and get on those other two planes, pretty much screwing us into having to stay on our broken ass plane.

At this point they told us they had to fly a part in from Atlanta and that it would be there at 6pm. Mind you, we were supposed to depart at 2:18pm. 30mins to install the part, 30mins to load us again, so 7pm at latest we should be in there air. HA!

We didn't board the plane again until 7:30pm and by that time the extreme weather we were trying to avoid had arrived, causing sleet and snow, icing up our plane. At this point planes were still taking off.

We sat there on the plane and the pilot tells us we are #2 in line to get deiced. #2? at this point is was like 9pm we had been waiting to take off for like 7hrs, and we were #2 in line, not #1.

Because we had to wait, they eventually cancelled our flight at 10:30pm after turning the air off on us and not giving us any water as we all sweated on the plane. They let us off the plane and tell us that they will put us up for the night at a holiday inn.

Problem... We have a condo already paid for down in florida and a rental car, not to mention the flight we got rebooked for makes us land at 7pm sunday, which is the exact same time we are supposed to be at a Blue Man Group concert. $80 tickets going to waste. I will never fly Air Tran again, and i hope those who read this do the same.
